Wellbeing is a key cultural enabler for PTSB, and an area that we aim to continuously evolve and improve on to meet the needs of colleagues. Gathering evidence on our current practices and hearing feedback from focus groups provided a great opportunity to understand the impact of current policies, practices and supports and hear suggestions on where we can improve to meet colleagues needs. Working with our assessor throughout the process provided invaluable advice and insights that only an external lens can bring. PTSB’s KeepWell Mark journey has been an incredible experience for us all and it’s truly inspiring to see the number of colleagues involved from evidence collecting, to focus groups to arranging site visits.
