This category aims to award outstanding achievement by the retail sector in Ireland focusing attention on companies’ retail strategy and response to changing customer habits by tailoring products, services and campaigns to suit. This category is open to both bricks- and- mortar retailers and e-commerce retailers.

To be successful in this category, you should demonstrate that you have clear goals and measurements to support your retail strategy, focusing on customer insights, marketing campaigns, digital integration, e-commerce, customer service and employee training and support.
