Autumn is once again upon us and so is Better Business! This edition of the magazine is packed with information and important updates for the small business community. In celebration of the newest category in the SFA Awards – Family Business, our Sector Spotlight features a few of the many fantastic small family businesses in the country. The Entrepreneurs’ Section focuses on wellness in the workplace through some of the nominees at the ‘Workplace Wellbeing’ category from the SFA Awards 2025. Our HR pages bring an important report on Auto Enrolment which is due to go live in January.
