Leave Overview

Leave is a complex area for small firms to manage. Governed by several significant areas of legislation, employees have statutory entitlements to a number of different types of leave, some including maternity, parental, carers, and adoptive leave. Each has to be carefully managed in a transparent and consistent way. In most cases, the legislation is highly procedural and detailed records are mandatory.
