The Kilkenny Group is an award winning, Irish, family-run company with 18 stores nationwide. As the company has grown and expanded over the last 30 years, the business still maintains its purpose and mission to supporting, promoting and elevating Irish craft makers and designers.

Kilkenny Design showcase more 250 Irish craft makers and design providers, with about three-quarters of company sales attributed to Irish designers and craft providers. The company employees over 300 people across nine different counties with ongoing skills and people culture training provided to ensure the company delivers exceptional an customer experience (CX).

In this case study we delve into how the company continues to innovate and evolve, adapting to customer demands in areas such as e-commerce to improve the customer experience.
