Employee Resource Groups

Employee resource groups (ERG's), also known as affinity groups or business resources groups, are voluntary, employee led groups typically made up of individuals with a shared lived experience or demographic, or their ally's; for example, minority status, new parents or cancer support. These groups come together within an organisation to help create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
