Employer was unreasonable in enforcing pay cuts while simultaneously offering ex gratia redundancy terms

In a recent case before the WRC, the Adjudicator found in favour of the Claimant and agreed that in unilaterally cutting his pay, his former employer had made an unlawful deduction from wages.
