How we're governed

The Ibec Rules govern the Irish Business and Employers Confederation. They set out what it can do, its structures and processes, the procedures for appointment to the National Council and the Ibec Board, and crucially, the roles and responsibilities of membership for those who subscribe to membership.

Trade association and certain other services are provided to members of the Irish Business and Employers Confederation and others under the Terms and Conditions of Ibec CLG’s Membership Programme. Ibec CLG is a company under the Companies Act 2014 established by the Irish Business and Employers Confederation.
