Tailored specifically for small businesses, this informative session aims to empower business owners with knowledge about fully funded Further Education upskilling opportunities available to them and how to access these invaluable training programs for their employees.

Noreen Fitzpatrick Manager - Enterprise, Employees & Skills from SOLAS will be a featured speaker during the webinar, providing comprehensive insights into the 'Skills to Advance' program. 'Skills to Advance' is a nationwide initiative designed to offer upskilling and reskilling opportunities to employees, ensuring they remain equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

In addition to Noreen Fitzpatrick's presentation, the webinar will feature representatives from the Education and Training Boards (ETB’s) who will guide businesses through the process of engaging with their services.
