Compensation awarded to long-serving relief cover worker after his application for permanent role rejected due to lack of specific Level 5 qualification
The Workplace Relations Commission earlier this month ordered a publicly funded body to reconsider its recruitment policies and awarded compensation for age related discrimination after an external recruiter acting under its instruction rejected a worker’s job application because he lacked a specific role related certification.
