Worker dismissed for failure to adhere to Covid-19 protocol loses UD claim at the WRC
A porter formerly employed in of a direct provision centre in the North East who was dismissed for failing to wear a mask, PPE and to abide by other Covid-19 workplace health and safety protocols, at the start of the Covid pandemic, has failed in his unfair dismissal before the Workplace Relations Commission.
