The Excellence in Talent Development Award recognises an organisation’s’ achievement in its strategy and approach to fostering the continuous professional and personal development of its people.

The entry may be centred on: innovative staff development skills projects or strategies; working with new company entrants or job seekers; continuous professional development of technology staff; commitment to leadership development; other talent development practices. This award is open to organisations of all sizes. Applications from small and medium sized firms which demonstrate a strong commitment to human resource development would be particularly welcomed.
