New procedures for IRP card applications and renewals for persons residing in Cork and Limerick
As of 8 July 2024, applications for the Irish Residence Permit (IRP) from Cork and Limerick will be managed by Immigration Service Delivery (ISD). As a result of this, first time applicants residing in counties Cork and Limerick will now have to attend an appointment at the ISD Registration Office, 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2.
