No finding against employer whose worker claimed that the company's response to his remote working application was generic and took more than 4 weeks to issue
The Claimant’s rationale behind the request for remote working was that as the father of a 10-year-old child, he wanted to balance his work and family responsibilities. He also put forward that as his wife works in hospitality, combined with his work schedule and the distance to work causes difficulties with childcare.
