Ingredients:
25ml Authentic Irish Cream Liqueur
50ml Quality Irish Blended Whiskey
100ml Espresso Coffee
25ml of Demerara Sugar Syrup (1 to 1)
25ml Double Cream
Quality Irish Chocolate
What you’ll need:
- Spoon
- Irish Coffee Glass
Instructions:
- Preheat glass with hot water
- Discard the hot water and combine the Whiskey, Coffee and Sugar Syrup in the glass with a stir
- Lightly whip the Irish Cream Liqueur and Double Cream and top the Coffee with a generous layer
- Garnish with shaved Quality Irish Chocolate
