Irish Medtech Awards finalists 2024 revealed
Irish Medtech, the Ibec group that represents the medtech sector, Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland today revealed the finalists of the Irish Medtech Awards 2024, which are held as part of Medtech Rising, 5 December, in The Galmont, Galway.
Dr Eoghan Ó Faoláin, Irish Medtech Director, said, “I’d like to congratulate all those who have stood out as finalists, as well as thank all those who submitted entries making this the most competitive Irish Medtech Awards yet. The winners will be announced at Medtech Rising, 5 December, in The Galmont Galway. This unmissable event brings together 500 business leaders annually. This year’s event will explore: shifting global trends, how Ireland is positioned to compete, disruptive innovation, as well as sustainability in medtech, and fostering diverse workforces. Moreover, it provides an important opportunity to bring together senior business leaders together with key opinion leaders, and policymakers, during a significant time of political change following the Irish general election.”

- Best Process-Product Innovation in Medtech: Alcon Ireland, Boston Scientific Cork, and Harmac Medical Products

Finalists for the Medtech Connect+ showcase 2024 have also been revealed today. Medtech Connect+ takes place at Medtech Rising and provides high potential start-ups with a platform to raise awareness and present their innovative technology solutions to potential business partners or investors.
