On November 12, 2024, the global aviation industry will come together for the third annual Global Aviation Sustainability Day, hosted by Aircraft Leasing Ireland (ALI) at the Round Room, Mansion House, Dublin. Bringing together over 300 senior leaders, including lessors, airlines, regulators, fuel producers, manufacturers, and financiers, this year's theme, “Sustainability: Is Reality Biting”, reflects the growing importance of sustainability as a business imperative.
The event and will feature an agenda addressing the opportunities and challenges sustainability presents for aircraft leasing and the broader aviation industry. As sustainability has rapidly evolved from concept to business reality, it now plays a central role in day-to-day operations across the industry. The 2024 agenda will reflect this shift, addressing how sustainability is not just an aspiration but an operational necessity in aviation.
