We are delighted to announce the return of Ibec's Employment Law Conference to the Dublin Royal Convention Centre on Thursday, 10 April 2025. This year's theme ‘Bridging Generations: Managing a multi-generational workforce’ will bring over 400 senior HR professionals together and will be expertly moderated by Kieran Cuddihy.

Over the past number of years, HR and employment law practitioners have been grappling with a deluge of employment regulation while also managing an ever-changing workplace. At Ibec’s Employment Law Conference 2025, we will provide practical guidance on how these demanding challenges can be managed.

On the day delegates will hear from Ibec’s team of employment law experts, who are actively involved with stakeholders in creating best practice frameworks and influencing the development of employment legislation. You can expect a 360-degree review of the employment law landscape and both recent and upcoming legislative changes that will impact Irish employers.

We are also welcoming Peter Cosgrove, future of work expert, author and media commentator, as a guest speaker, who will deliver a session on the evolving workforce and the key trends shaping how organisations manage talent across generations.

This year's event will feature:

  • Employment Law Policy Round-Up
  • Managing a multi-generational workforce
  • Pay Transparency
  • Auto-enrolment
  • Remote and flexible working
  • Top 5 cases
