We are delighted to announce the return of Ibec's flagship HR Leadership Summit 2025. Now in it's 25th year, the Summit will take place at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre on Wednesday, 22 October, with host, TV and radio presenter Anton Savage.

Ireland has enjoyed an unprecedented period of jobs growth with unemployment rates at a near historic low for the last few years. While employment growth is slowing the hiring environment remains highly competitive – especially for in-demand roles and AI-related skillsets. Strategic planning will be key for HR leaders to ensure their organisations are set-up for sustained success. This means rethinking the employee value proposition, leveraging data-driven strategies and AI to improve operational efficiencies, and embedding the right skill sets, processes, and structures, to create and enable a culture geared towards sustaining success. In this era of continuous transformation, the HRD agenda is being rewritten.

Join us at the Summit this October for a transformative exploration into the future of HR. As senior HR leaders, and aspiring executives you understand the pivotal role HR plays in navigating the complexities of today’s ever-evolving business landscape. Our summit is centred on simplifying complexity, embracing the paradoxes of modern HR, and shaping resilient strategies for the future.

Summit theme and agenda to be announced.
