Claire is the EHS and Sustainability Lead for APC Ltd and VLE Therapeutics. She has worked in EHS and Safety related roles for over 20 years, in the Pharmaceutical sector, Food Safety Microbiology & Epidemiology, Clinical Toxicology and Industrial Environmental Monitoring. She is the current Ibec representative to the EPA GMO advisor committee, Data and Standards Pillar lead within the BPCI Sustainability working group and an active member in the BPCI EHS and BioSafety Working Groups .
Claire holds 2 MSc's, MSc in Food Safety Microbiology through research and MSc in Pharmaceutical manufacturing and process development, along with key EHS qualifications; Dip in Occupational Health and Safety, Biological Safety Practitioner, RPO, LSO, Ergonomic and Manual Handling Instructor and Project Management Practitioner.
She is passionate about ensuring that Safety & Sustainability are at the heart of all aspect of the workplace and committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of employees through digital, responsible and innovative solutions.
Bryan Mulchinock is an EHS leader who has worked across a range of biopharma and high tech environments in start-up, project and sustaining roles over the last 25 years. He is currently the Head of EHS for Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease Unit. His EHS interests are in driving sustainability improvements across product supply chains and improving safety performance through human and organisational performance.

Joyce brings over 30 years of experience working in the Pharmaceutical API industry and has extensive experience leading functional and leadership teams and working on global matrix teams delivering on operational and strategic initiatives.
This small molecule experience straddles both the Innovator Pharma environment and the CDMO industry.
Joyce currently has responsibility for the Small Molecule Europe division of SK pharmteco, a global CDMO organisation.
Joyce is also a board member and Chair of IBEC BPCI.
