Preparing for NIS2
The NIS2 Directive will apply from 18 October 2024 and introduce cybersecurity risk management and reporting requirements for many organisations in Ireland.
It will apply to the following sectors:
Energy, transport, banking, financial market infrastructure, health, water (drinking and waste), digital infrastructure, ICT service management (B2B), public administration, space, postal and courier services, waste management, chemicals (manufacture, production and distribution), food (production, processing and distribution), manufacturing, digital providers, and research.
To learn more about the law and what organisations can do to prepare, we will be joined by a panel of guests from the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and CWSI to provide perspectives from the policy, regulatory and provider points of view.
