Traveller and Roma community training initiative for employers
The Irish Traveller Movement together with Business in the Community are hosting a free online Traveller Cultural Awareness Training Session (TCAT) for employers on Monday, 30 September from 11.00am – 1.00pm.
This introductory, interactive session aims to raise awareness about the employment barriers and challenges Irish Travellers face when accessing employment opportunities through recruitment. The session will be delivered by Cork Traveller Culture TCAT, a Cork based, Traveller led organisation that facilitates community development and orientated training.
