Note to employers as Red weather warning extended to entire country
Met Éireann has issued an orange-level weather warning for the whole State, to come into force at 2am on Friday. The warning was upgraded to a red warning on Wednesday afternoon (22 January). Met Éireann cautioned that Storm Éowyn could bring life-threatening conditions and extremely destructive gusts in excess of 130km/h.
