Ibec HR Leadership Summit 2024 - Sustaining Success
The Ibec HR Leadership Summit 2024 took place at The Dublin Royal Convention Centre on Wednesday 23 October.
This year Ibec’s flagship HR event centred its discussions on the theme of 'Sustaining Success' with a focus on the three key areas:
- Evolution of Human Resources, asking if it is time to review traditional HR models.
- The paradox of personalisation and collectivism and how best to balance hyper-individualised employee experiences with increasing governance and mounting legislation.
- Shared value and impact – the notion of shared value as a strategy for creating business and societal value.
