In this hands-on "e-VSM" course, you will learn how to use Value Stream Mapping—a proven Lean methodology—to visualize and analyse your processes, focusing on energy consumption at each step. We’ll guide you in identifying energy waste, developing a clear action plan, and making your processes more efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective. With expert guidance, peer-to-peer collaboration and fit-for-purpose tools, participants learn to drive accurate assessment of their environmental impact and enabling data driver improvements.
