Do you want to help shape Talent and Skills for the next 5 years for small and medium sized enterprises?

This in-person session at the University of Limerick, Pavilion, will focus on the Engineering and Manufacturing sector and is part of a broader series of workshops designed to address key talent and skills challenges facing Irish industry over the next five years.

The event will feature two interactive sessions:

  • Session 1: Identifying the skills needed to overcome challenges facing the sector.
  • Session 2: Exploring the best approaches to develop and deliver these essential skills.

The insights gathered during this and future workshops will contribute to a larger conference scheduled for 27th November. We hope you can attend both the workshop and the conference.
