Digital and automated manufacturing environments require personnel who have technical skills across a range of applications and systems. This programme
has broad appeal to those with good technical aptitude including fixers, makers, process technicians, maintenance technicians who want to extend their technical skill sets to span electrical, mechanical, and electronic system.
The purpose of this module is to enable a learner to select and setup appropriate sensors and apply logical fault-finding to sensor systems based on their understanding of sensor technologies and their role in automation technology.
The delivery dates are: November 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th
Learners will gain a hands on opportunity to practise on training kits and computer simulations of industrial equipment. The multi modal delivery, with self-directed online resources combined with classroom-based training appeals to learners who are working full time and welcome the opportunity to revise and practise key skills remotely at a time that suits.
