Understanding the full breath of the current Irish and EU medtech incentives landscape is critical for medtech companies of all sizes from start- ups to MNCs. Irish Medtech Research & Development and Innovation (RDI) working group is hosting this briefing session to explore the current medtech incentives landscape and provide case studies of where companies have successfully leveraged the available funding, grants and tax credit opportunities. The briefing will also include a stakeholder panel discussion on how the current medtech incentives can be enhanced and streamlined to ensure Ireland remains a leader in innovation now and in the future.
The Irish Medtech RDI Working Group reviews and discusses R&D and innovation issues of interest to the medtech sector in Ireland to support best practice sharing, knowledge and skills development and support collaboration amongst key stakeholders.
The group is chaired by Ronan Rogers, Medtronic and Dr. Sadhana Trivedi, GM, Solventum. The group comprises R&D managers, professionals, design engineers, product development engineers, and persons with responsibility for R&D and/or design.
