Join Ibec for its last Diversity Forum of 2024, which is being held virtually on 13 November. We are delighted to announce Movember, the leading charity changing the face of men’s health, will facilitate a Movember Speakeasy: Shaping Positive Masculinity workshop for our members.
For the month that is in it, and to following on from the important conversations that took place during Ibec’s Masculinity event in July, we wanted to use this time focus the conversation around men’s mental, physical and emotional health. This Speakeasy session will explore how changing perceptions of masculinity can have a profound effect on men’s health and well-being. Attendees will be invited to challenge outdated stereotypes around masculinity and learn about tools that can be used to foster healthier, more flexible understandings of masculinity, and get practical insights that can be applied both personally and professionally.
Whether you are a business leader, a parent, or interested in understanding the men in your life, this workshop will provide critical insights into the challenges men face and the ways we can support them.
This workshop is free for Ibec members, but limited to 50 people. We advise you to register early to avoid disappointment.
