Technical Dispense Programme

Drinks Ireland | Beer committed to raising the industry standard for the ‘Perfect Pint’ when, in 2016, it launched a certificate for the industry’s technical dispense operators.  The online and practical programme features a range of modules around the area of beer dispense and cooling systems.  All dispense technicians employed by Drinks Ireland | Beer members have signed up to the programme which was co-funded by the Taste 4 Success Skillnet. Dispense technicians from Ireland’s major brewers and distributers have played a key role in developing the programme coordinated by Ger Galvin from the Hibernian Brewing School.  The health and safety modules in the programme are accredited by City & Guilds.
