Cian began his career in DePuy Synthes as a toolmaking apprentice and has worked for 10 years in technical CNC roles before transitioning to a leadership path.
Over the course of the last few years Cian has used the Manufacturing Engineer apprentice program to grow an apprentice population of over 20 by implementing a flexible program which has developed apprentices in emerging skills such as 3D printing, Automation and Robotics. Cian has also been a champion of diversity within the program and has shifted the program from 0% to 50% diverse candidates.
Kevin has over 18 years’ experience working in different aspects of Quality Control operations in multiple international Pharmaceutical companies such GSK, Novartis and BioMarin. Most recently in the role of Senior Manager in QC BioMarin Kevin has successfully introduced the QA Apprenticeship program in collaboration with IBEC, SOLAS and MTU

Patrick, originally from Ghana in West Africa, moved to Ireland in 2008 and has lived here for 15 years now with his wife and three children.
He is an enthusiastic individual with BSc. (Chemistry) degree, BSc. (Lab Analyst) degree, BioPharmaChem Certificate and currently working as a QC Lab Analyst at Hovione Pharmaceutical Limited after going through the Laboratory Apprenticeship Programme.
