There are numerous elements that contribute to who we are. Therefore, diversity is a vast sphere. Our diversity and inclusion topics are a non-exhaustive list, which may vary in importance depending on where you are based, the stage you are at, or the industry you are in. 

We are likely to engage with members of a variety of diverse backgrounds as employees, potential employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders. Some persons will fall under more than one of these diversity categories, and where different aspects of a person's identity combine, they can create different perspectives of discrimination and privilege which can be referred to as intersectionality.
